to pretend cny was very happening and fun, i took quite a number of photos with my family. this is also to fully utilize the camera my friends bought for me for my 21st birthday, take photos anytime, anywhere.

seriously, i don't understand how some people can take dozen of photos when they're out. i mean you have to hangout with your friends, shop, talk, walk, do many other things, where do they find the time and hands to take photos?? i have problems multi-tasking. personally i find it awkward to suddenly ask people to take photos too. like, erhhh wanna take photos? whats the occasion? hahaha, furthermore i also camera-shy.
anw cny is actually just like any other day or weekend to me, just sit around at home and talk, pretend to be very chirpy. the only difference is that there were lotsa goodies on the table, we wish one another happy new year, wear new clothes and receive ang baos. the only thing i'm happy about is that daddy can have an excuse to rest for 2 days.
as compared to previous years, this year was significantly less eventful. my dad only brought us to visit 3 distant relatives and chu-er was spent mostly at home which was a waste coz i tot i wore nicer than chu-yi. also i didn't even get to sit around my grandma's place for as long as in the past and dinner on both nights was at home, unlike previous years where we'll eat at my grandma's place. my siblings and i didn't even go for the annual dinner gathering with my dad and his bffs on chu-er, we just stayed at home and called for kfc delivery and i spent most of my time youtub-ing.
to summarize, cny is boring.
